  Compressor 2: what’s best export for DVD?

  Hi,
  Just started using Compressor 2 and am confused by all the new options. If I want to export my 10 minute standard def FCP sequence so that I can create a DVD using DVD Studio Pro, which export is the best quality? There is now a list of “DVD” export options but I don’t know if that’s better or worse than MPEG-2 files.
  I always used to just export using MPEG-2 60 min high quality encode. Has that been surpassed?

  Bear in mind that Compressor 2 uses the same encoder as DVD Studio Pro 4 itself. I’ve moved to just letting DVDSP 2 handle the video compression, since I can more easily tweak things, and set I-frames. I only use Compressor 2 for AC-3.
