July 5, 2005 at 5:27 pmIf you are on a mac, there is SnapzPro X from Ambrosia Software. Its very nice.
If you are on the PC, the free Windows Media Encoder from Microsoft can capture video screens.

July 9, 2005 at 11:36 pmFor more general use, I like Camtasia Studio for capturing on Windows. It takes less CPU when running that Adobe Media Encoder, and supports export to WMV and many other formats.
