  Reproduce these rings using Cloner, Random Effector and what else?

  This 2013 CBS O&O package is a fav of mine and I want to reproduce some of the content for my own usage.

  There’s only 6 rings there – why go to the trouble of a cloner? But if you must – you might need a mograph selection tag to hit that lone blue texture.
