  Flourish on wall

  I have a still picture of a wall that has the floor in the picture. I want to make a flourish go on the floor then up the wall. I figure this is something fairly simple, but i cant figure it out. I have the flourish part, i just need to figure out how to get the flourish to do 90 degrees up the wall. Thanks guys!!
