  LEGO walk cycle problems

  hello, so i am making this 3d lego animation movie and i am having trouble with creating a naturalistic lego walk cycle, i am trying to achieve an animation which is kinda similar to the lego movie only a bit slower, i am not much into character animation so pardon me if i am asking something really silly. I created a xpresso rig but its not going really well so i am thinking of animating each leg individually and i really need some quick help with that. Check out my attached scene file.
