More information would be helpful. What were you doing when the crash occurred? What kind of scene? Prior stability issues? Running any plugins?

Just installed the program, and when running for the first time, it shows this error and crashes….

In cases like this it’s mostly likely a graphics card driver issue. Check to make sure you have the most recent drivers for your card. If that doesn’t fix it I’d call or e-mail Maxon tech support.

Yeah it was a graphics card Drivers issue, i updated my Nvidia graphics card’s Drivers and it works, thank you very much for the help @Adam Trachtenberg.
By the way i am new to cinema 4d, where can i find some basic tutorials?

There are tons of tutorials on Youtube and Vimeo. Greyscale Gorilla has a lot of good ones but they’re mostly focused on motion graphics. Cineversity.com is a subscription-based site but they also have a lot of free content. Another pay site with good content is Lynda.com. https://www.c4dcafe.com/ipb/ has a lot of tutorials. And of course there are plenty of good ones here at the Cow.
