  Mouse not lined up properly?

  Ok whenever I try to use the controls to change the camera angle in the view port, it would go crazy. On my screen I was lined up with the button. I then went to record my screen to give you all a visual of what happens. I then saw my mouse is way off the rotation button I click. Here is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nI4ZWiYuxKs&feature=youtu.be. As you can see I just click on it and the viewport goes crazy spinning rapidly.

  Are you using a tablet? If so you need to check the tablet box in preferences>input devices.
