  Projecting spline onto surface problems

  Hi all,
  I’m trying to build a model based from an image on the internet. I have spent many frustrating hours trying to rebuild it but some things I just can’t get my head around.

  nowhere near enough info, why are you projecting a spline? Onto what piece of the robot? Can you post a scene file of what you have that needs the spline projection? …there might be more than one way to do whatever it is you are after…
