  Can’t parent objects?

  I must have accidentally locked the functionality in the scene I’m working in–when I try to drag an object onto another to make it a child, the cursor becomes a circle with line through it. How do I return this functionality?

  I’m still unsure what went wrong there, but I created a new project, merged the old one and parenting works again.
