  Multishader Question

  Hi guys,
  So I have what I thought would be a simple effect to achieve, but after an hour – I thought i would put it out here.

  I would like to create this gradient on a grid of clones..

  

  Seems simple?

  But I am finding it incredibly difficult to match this.. I can get close. But no cigar?

  I have tried plainer effector, shader, random, step… the lot and I can only get close to this relatively simple effect.
