Adjust the “Thickness” parameter in the Transform attributes menu. The default seems to be zero.

Have you used it with text or a logo? The thickness makes a logo look all bloated out. I was hoping there was a way to have it look the same just break apart thicker. Any thoughts on if there is an effector that would help this.

    Thanks for the help

When adjusting the thickness parameter use a negative value so that the thickness is added INSIDE the object/text/logo rather than on the outside, which I think is what you mean by “bloated out.” Hopefully I am understanding you correctly.

Before I steer you any further wrong by only going off my limited memory, have you watched the “How to use text with transform” training video at greyscalegorilla? In it Nick covers using model mode and the connect object to clean up the geometry of the chunks. Hope that helps.
