  making an i pod movie

  hi i was wondering what is a good comepression and render setting
  to make an animation playable on an ipod? im working in after effects
  cs3

  There is a preset in your render settings for either iPod large or iPod small. Since iPods/iPhones can be particular about video, just use the presets defined.
