  AE to C4d Animation

  I’m very new to the AE to C4d and vise versa workflow so i’m having a difficult time trying to set a scene up. Basicly what going on is I have a photo shop scene that has a pool and a red carpet that wraps around the pool and this girl is going to walk on it. What I want to do is take a c4d animation of a carpet rolling out and match it to my ae scene.

  What I have done is imported my scene from ae to c4d and tried to line up my rug animation in front of the camera. Every time I try to bring that animation back into ae my geometry is alway way off like the angle of the rug is off and where it’s suppose to curve is wrong.

  I’m sure their is a way to match these things up with out just guessing and testing like what I seem to be doing.
