  Object creation problem!

  Hey guys!

  got the utmost simple problem here and its been driving me nuts!

  Opened C4D today and for some strange reason it’s enabled this annoying feature which I just can’t find how to turn off.

  When I create an object, the object is created directly in front of the camera, rather than in the centre of the grid.

  How do I remove this feature and enable it so when I create an object it opens in the centre of the grid like usual…? I’ve been using C4D for 2 years now and never ran into this problem before… I have no idea why/how it turned itself on and I’m sure it’s the most basic thing, but I just can’t seem to find it in the preferences or on google!

  Preferences/Interface/Create New Object At View Center (at least in 12+) – in 10 is was in Preferences/Document, don’t know which is was in 11
