    Hi all i have to model a jar with a pasta sauce in the jar i can manage the jar and the glass etc but im just looking for some info i creating the sauce stuck to jar and possibly spilling out of the jar. Any info on a good way of doing this or point me in the direction of a good tutorial would be appreciated. Thanks Emmet

    Hmm you could use realflow if you really wanted to go full blown water liquid dynamics if you have access to realflow.

    Another idea to fake liquid might be using the many spheres via clonner then using metaballs to bring them together to fake liquid.

    If I remember correctly there was a cineversity live episode where they used this technique to control a water droplet going down the side of a soda can that got bigger.

    Another option for liquid simulation is DPIT Effex, which is a Cinema plugin. Not cheap, but a fair bit cheaper than Realflow.
