  Masking + Motion Track + 3D text

  Greetings,

  I’ve used After Effects and Boujou to motion track this footage:

  I’ll be putting in 3D text in C4D, but would like to place the text just behind the group of 3 people walking from left-to-right of screen.

  I believe this require me to create some sort of mask for every frame… could someone point me to a legit tutorial that might cover this aspect? I’m thinking the masking portion would be the last step in this workflow. Please advise!
