    Hello everybody,

I have been trying to solve a problem for a couple of days now and just can’t get it to work.

I want to attach an light to points of an object. This I got working with expresso, when i move the points arround with the mouse the light moves perfectly allong with it. Ben when I deform the object with the twist object the points turn but the light does not move allong with it. Is there any other way to get a light to move allong with points of an object that is being deformd with an bend object?

    I hope I’m clear enough?

    Cheers Nick

You could put the lights in a clonner then set it to object mode. Then you just place you object in the slot and adjust the clonner and light settings.

When you use deformers the object will deform and the lights will follow the points.

    hope that helps

You need to check the “use deformed points” box in the point node’s properties.
