  old film effects.

  More specifically, those squiggly lines on old film headers. I don’t know the technical term for it.

  It can be seen at the beginning of this Ocean’s 11 clip

  Is there a plug in, anything like that? I know I could make this in photoshop, but am kinda looking for a faster easier way to do this.
