  spinning actor and crashing onto car

  anyone have any thoughts on how to make it appear that an actor has been knocked up into the air, spinning from the punch then crashing down onto the top of a car?
  i am thinking i need to do this against green screen- maybe even put the guy on a large lazy susan for the spin- then manipulate it to look as if he’s been knocked up into the air.
  thoughts?
