Hi all, I’ve noticed your good works on here in the past and this time I’ve not managed to find a thread that solves my problem.

I’m an interior design student with a deadline tomorrow am, but I’m having a major issue with my last rendered image, I need to render a section through my design to show how it works, and I know I have managed to do this before without much fuss using a camera set to parallel, but for god knows what reason, when the image is rendered to the picture viewer it’s just displaying a bird’s eye view, instead of having the top half missing.

I really really hope someone can help with this and quickly, else I’m stuffed!

    Cheers Guys!

    no worries, I’ve sorted it!

Turns out that I had to copy all of my objects into a new window and delete the camera I was using for the animation component of the module. Once that was done rendering returned to it’s normal state of affairs. I don’t know why it made a difference but if anyone else suffers from this problem I hope my hours of pain and experimentation helps them out!
