Create a material, and in the color channel select the box with the 3 little dots, this will allow you to select the piece of video you want to use. after you selected it, select the drop down tap in the texture tab. select edit – animation i usually select loop in mode tab. Apply this material to the object you want to have the animation on.Thats it I hope this makes sense. Emmet

In the color channel in texture select the drop down tab select edit – animation, down the bottom you can change the movie start frame, just adjust that.

Sorry for the delay in getting back, you probably have it figured out by now?
In your animation tab, have adjusted your Range start end, to match your movie start movie end frame? this may be your issue?.

    Hello
I need help on how to insert a 3D model in a video in cinema 4d. it is possible to insert the 3D model on the roof filmed with long distance, films on The roof and goes down, so you film a little bit of the edge of the roof and the camera goes down, if that makes sense. That is how I made the video and would like to insert the 3d model.

    Thanks
