  C4D Global illumination – Alpha channel

  Hi,

  When using global illumination it is preventing me from rendering with alpha channel. Does GI prevent alpha channels or do I need to do something else?

  Try turning the GI view off, the top button maybe. I render with GI and still get the alpha channel, it does works.

  Is there geometry in the scene creating the main light? Maybe the camera is still seeing that?
