PLEASE POST USER GROUP MEETINGS, TIMES, ETC., TO THE “EVENTS” SECTION
For those who wish to promote their user group meetings, please post the news to our EVENTS section.
Doing this, your news will automatically be included in our weekly newsletter and will also be automatically added to our front door news page which displays the upcoming events.
If you post here, not only is it not where we ask that news of events be placed, in a matter of hours your post will be pushed down the page into increasing obscurity as the event draws near.
By using the EVENTS section, as the event draws near, our mechanism is written to “turn up the heat” featuring your news in our weekly mailings and front door news page. It also moves higher up the stack in our events section itself.
