  Creating a picture frame with splines?!?

  Hi still trying to learn simple modelling skills.

  Everytime i sweep a profile shape (drawn with spline tool) along a rectangle spline to create a simple picture frame the result comes out flat? Does anyone know what im doing wrong?

  any help greatly appreciated…

  Make sure that the Z axis of your profile spline is pointing out from your shape (perpendicular).
