I remember doing this awhile ago but can’t seem to get it to work. I’m running Cinema 4D version 10 and have selected the compositing project file as after effects and have checked off 3D data and relative. the file that is created has an extensioin of aec and i can’t seem to open it with after effects CS3. any thoughts?

Don’t try to open the .aec. Instead open an After Effects Project and import the .aec
It will come in as a composition with all the lights and camera data and external compositing tags already there.
