  v8.5: Show Render area only

  Just wondering if there is a way to only see the rendered area when clicking the regular preview button?

  Over time, clicking either ‘yes’ or ‘no’ when asked to save over the existing file when using the other preview button is wearing on me!

  I know I could make black planes and cover areas but thought I’d ask.

  you could uncheck Save Image in Render Settings/Save. Depends on whether you want more of one than the other… I suppose you could also physically resize the window so it doesn’t have extra area.

  Thanks, yeah just resizing the window is pretty simple!
