I have a full human skeleton that I’d like to animate for medical training. Is it possible to find an ‘already-built’ bones hierarchy with constraints for C4D?

Look in your content browser (shift F8) in the Mocca folder you have a couple rigs you could modify.

Thanks, I’ve looked at existing structures. I would like to find a 206 bone skeletal hierarchy with constraints.
    Cheers

Sounds ambitious. I have never seen anything that specific around. Your best bet would be to contact Cactus Dan or maybe SlouchCorp (c4dportal) they make some amazing rigs…Horganovski at c4d cafe seems to enjoy complicated rigs too.
