    triangulating the geometry with a atom array would do the job i assume.
    make sure you have lots of sub divisions.

    any chance you could explain how to do that? I’ve never worked with Atom Arrays

    Atom Array takes each edge and makes a cylinder of it then on each point you get a sphere.
    So if you take a cylinder remove the caps give it lots of height segments then select all the polygons then in function take triangulate then set an atom array as the parent. In the atom array attributes you can change the size of the spheres and cylinders.

    Another way to get a mesh would be two sweep nurbs made of helix and circles going opposite ways.

    actually, in experimenting on my own I just figured it out!

    I have my sweep-nurb object sweeping a circle with the one end rotated 3600 degrees. That object is within the atom array, and it comes out fantastic! That way I can also bend it with the spline that its swept on.

    Do you have a shot you can post of your result? I’m just learning how to use the sweep and am looking for creative solutions to my problem above (sweeping a null).
