  CAD files for use in C4D

  Hi,
  We are planning on doing a Real Estate Preview for a builder, and are expecting to get CAD files from the architect. We’ve never used CAD files, and was hoping someone could offer some advice about using them. Is there anything we should ask for to work with C4D, anything we should have the architect do prior to sending them to us? We probably don’t need interior info., should we ask (can they do this) that some of the detail be left out? Any thoughts or suggestions would be great.
