  depth of field

  hi there
  i just wondered if there is a way to export the multipass where you have an alpha matte of a single object in a video. it is possible in a picture, i know, i just couldnt figure out how to in a video export of c4d

  i got r10 please help me, normally i am farmiliar with basic options, but this kept me buzy till now

  if it is possible, i shall use this matte to add effects to single objects in my 3d scene. for that i have adobe after effects cs3, premiere pro and a lot of matchmoving and tracking programms, so i am covered, i suppose

  Sure, it’s possible. Give your object a compositing tag and object ID number. Add the object buffer to your multipass. Save an .aec file and open it in AE. It will automatically import your object matte.
