  creating 3d LED screen

  Is there any way to create a large LED screen made up of arrays of circular disks (rather than bulbs) and these disks could be made to rotate on their y axis based upon gray scale of an underlying image/object.

  eg. in this image the text could be created by having the red disks in that area become 100% perpendicular to the camera.

  Use Mograph and a shader effector… Check Mylenium’s tutorials.
