  Interface Problem.

  Hi there, I have given myself an interface problem, I’m new to Cinema 4D
  and have somehow lost my menu at the top. File Edit Object Selection and so on.

  Please could someone help me get it back.

  go to the Layout tool (says ‘Revert to Default Layout’ when you’re over it) and choose one of the layouts there (Standard, whatever) should bring it back.
