  Depth of Field query

  Hi,

  I was wondering if it is possible to assign something, say a tag to a particular model so that it is not affected by the depth of field blur of the camera, which will effect all other objects?

  It’s not possible directly, but you could render a separate pass for your object and composite it over the dof render in post. That won’t work if your object is transparent, however.

  Raytrace DOF always affects the entire scene. Like Adam said, you need to take a compositing approach.
