I’m fairly new to C4D. I’m trying to render a scene where I turn lights off and on. I’m also looking to dim and fade lights up if possible. Ideas?

    I’m working in release 8.

Animate the intensity of the lights. On the “General” tab of the light properties select the word “Intensity” and right-click. In the appearing sub-menu choose “Animation” –> “Add Keyframe”.

Well, though people tend to believe otherwise, I’m never really in a bad mood. I’m just too often distracted, failing to provide important clues, keeping answers too short and poorly choosing my words on occasion.

I know, man. But don’t yell! Geesh 🙂

If there was ever an RTFM question on this planet, this thread was it and you showed grace and patience. I wouldn’t have.

*lol* You really don’t know when I yell. Trust me, you wouldn’t like to see it.
