    greetings,

ive been away from cinema for a while, i havent upgraded since v7 (due to the what i perceived as frustrating changes to the timeline and the inability to adjust keyframes in the modeling window) However i recently downloaded the latest demo and noticed a few of my gripes have been resolved. However i do have one big question –

how do you get the “handle bars” when your trying to edit motion paths in the timeline? This was a big gripe for me before (i really truly dispise that keyfram velocity graph thing, such a pain that) any ideas?

    thanks

check out the Key Properties in the Attribute Manager and set the Interpretation L or R (whichever you want, left or right) to Custom

uh…that didnt work. Basically what i want is to be able to move the handlebars of a keyframe in the modeling window. when i did that attribute manager thing, i didnt get any handlebars. Its possible im missing something though.

my other question is – is it possible to make the above mentioned behavior default? (meaning not having to hunt things down in attribute managers in the future)?

absolutely! just like you can in aftereffects, and the old cinema 4d. Personally i hate the “keyframe manager” i see it as a waste of time and screen space. I just want to be able to adjust the motion paths in the modeling window, where such things are done best…

any thoughts? how do i get that to play like c4d v7??
