    Hi Everyone,
I have a composition i’m working on that’s a 3D room with a movie playing on 2 of the walls and a cube in the middle of the floor with the movie as well. There’s a shoot-out scene with bullets flying everywhere. What I want to do is somehow create an effect where during that particular scene bullets are flying aroud all over inside my 3D room (particale playground or CC particle world?) I don’t have the trapcode plugins. Is it possible to add that somehow? I’m not sure how to animate it(I can probably figure that part out) and get it so the only parts of my room it’s blocking from view is the parts where the bullets are flying. Is the answer to use a track-matt somehow so my animated layer will show what’s behind it? My thinking is it should be somehow transparent except for the bullets. Could be way off base there. I’m new and still learning the program.
    Thanks,
    Jim

Particle effects render with alpha automatically so there’s no need to mask them off. When you apply them to a solid, the solid disappears.
