  Looking for an online film…

  Hi everybody.
  A few years back there was a video produced that tackled the subject of clients who wanted the world, but didnt want to pay for it.
  They set up several comparable senerios for other businesses, like people in a resaurant who expected the fillet for the price of a burger, or in the hairdressers, and she wanted the full cut and tint, but only wanted to pay for the trim.
  It has exceptional relevance for me today. Can anyone point me to a link, so I can shove it under the nose from a colleague of mine…
