  Hardware Recommendations for Faster Render on Mac Laptop

  Hello

  I am a video editor, and I am beginning to do more After Effects Work. I often end up doing some of this work on my MacBook Pro. (It works well enough, and then I bring the individual components of the project onto my big comp at the end).

  I am trying to speed up doing after effects on this computer, and I was wondering if people had advice on what I can do to my system to make it as fast as possible.

  I have already put in 4gb of ram- the max. Is there anything else that would help?

  This is some of the best advice for speeding up AE.
