  Non-disclosure Agreement

  We have a client who is a sub-contractor to a larger company. The larger company wants a non-disclosure agreement before we can shoot. Does anyone have a standard agreement that we could use. I realize we’d probably have to modify it somewhat. Thanks!

  Normally wouldn’t they supply that document to you?

  Yes. That is typically the case but they don’t have one and are looking for guidance. They are contacting their legal department for this but hoped to give that department something to move this process along a bit quicker.
