  Adobe Clip Notes not exporting

  Hello all, I am trying to export to an Adobe Clip Notes file and it is not working. AE goes through the motions as if everything is ok. But then at the end of the render there is no file to be found. Also, I ws trying to FTP it in hopes that it might post a file up to my FTP site but it throws up and error:
  
  “AEGP Plugin Media IO Plugin: Unable to upload the file. Please check the settings/network bandwidth(errorcode:0). MediaIO2 error: 0xc00b0002
  (5027 ::12)”
