Hello all… I am getting ready to demonstrate a hardware device at NAB to potential partners. It’s a cross-platform clustered rendering device, up to 40ghz in a small enclosure. Patent’s have been filed, prototypes are working, now i have questions about licensing contracts, structuring an OEM deal, and what to charge for manufacturing.

If anyone could offer leads on someone who can help me in this field, I’d appreciate it.

I plan to demo to companies who could add this high performance device to their existing line card and market it in ways I couldn’t all by myself. Thanks.

You need to hire a lawyer. Run, don’t walk! You must have a patent attorney? Perhaps they can get you started, or at least refer you?
