  Anyone use Microsoft Business Contact Manager?

  Hi there – I’m thinking of making use of Business Contact Manager from Microsoft when I get going on my video production company in the New Year. I already log a lot of information in Outlook, and this looks like it would integrate well with that. Would also allow me to mail-merge and personalise bulk e-mailings, which would help with marketing.

  Does anyone here have experience of using BCM? Would you recommend it? Is there another package that works for you, and that is affordable?
