    Hey everyone
Trying to use particular to make the smoke\explosion under a space shuttle when it lunches.

Would love to get some help on how to start such a thing.
No need to be super realistic, even pretty cartoonish would be cool.

    Thanks in advance !

    Something like this?

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQxhLvgWDQw

That was created with cc particle world and trapcode shine.

The actual fire took about 2 min, and the rest about 10 (couldn’t remember my mask setup hehe)

Try watching Andrew Kramer’s frosty breath tutorial.

By not reducing the opacity of the breath so much, you should get a pretty good smoke effect. Alter it a little to fit your footage and you should be good to go.
