  dynamic comments system during video

  Guys, I am looking after solution to embeed comments system into videos online (not necessarily youtube, could be self hosted). Please look at this example to know exactly what I am looking for:

  (probably you’ll need to wait 30 sec before ad finishes and real video appears).

  As you can see, at any point of time (the scrub bar is full of markers where comments are already made) users can comment on the video and the comment is shown over the footage.

  The question is – does some similar open source or commercial solution already exist? Preferably I would go into WordPress or Joomla using some plugin, but any solution would be much appreciated.
