  sorry – you’ll need to offer a lot more detail before we can help you…for something like this, i’d start by reading the wordpress documentation…

  Make an account in WordPress, make sure its original. You know you can just make an article on WordPress, publish it as soon as your done.

  For that first you should have to create an account in WordPress.com and after the login you can start blogging. When you login in your WordPress account then a user friendly interface is opened in the same window to publish a post. I wish it may helps you.
