    Dear forum,

I’m building a site for my multimedia company. On the site people can see our projects by launching a popup for every project. Every project-popup contains a share button for people to share the project on twitter, facebook etc. (addthis).

The thing is when people share the page they will share a link to only the popup-page.
Is it possible to automatically launch a new window with the homepage if the homepage is not already opened?
I’m also considering to make a text appear if people only have the popup page opened. Is that also possible?

The pop-up pages are in HTML now. I tried to be as clear as I could (I’m not a native speaker), but let me know if it’s not clear enough.

    I hope this helps
