    Hi Guys!
Im quite sure that this will not be the correct forum to post this inquiry but i have always found that the users at creative cow are always willing to help.

I am hoping to start a thread for a good source of indy stock photographers and typographers.
Im looking for high res paper and grunge textures and particularly high quality professional fonts.
free is always preferred but if i can find the right set i am willing to pay.

    My dilemma is this.
I am currently developing a magazine with a particularly an*l yet established and accomplished photographer, with an extremely vague brief.
It’s a high end “hot rod and kustom” magazine.
We want high quality typefaces for titles not the tacky fonts you find on dafont.c0m.

To be more specific i am looking for midweight and heavyweight script fonts for the titles.
i guess similar to coca cola etc.

As far as textures go im looking for sites other than istock etc.
just some real cool stuff (paper, plaster, antique decorative, concrete etc) High res A4 300dpi.

    Any help would be appreciated.
(mods please feel free to move this to another forum if need be)
    Thanks guys!

These are some places I check when I’m looking for free resources.

    https://sixrevisions.com/
A blog with freebies, fonts, high res textures, Photoshop brushes, etc.

    https://www.psdgraphics.com/
Illustrations, textures and resources for Photoshop.

    https://www.geeksucks.com/
Lots of resources. Look at the freebies section.

    https://www.smashingapps.com/
Resources mostly for inspiration and web design, but in the freebies category there are some vector art that may help you.

There’s a forum in the cow called Free Stuff. I haven’t see many design resources there, but no harm to take a look.

    I hope this helps.

I really like a new repeating background image creator I found a few weeks ago:
