  Need an HTML email genius

  I have a client wanting to send HTML emails from a CRM that merges with MSWord through their SMPT so they can have the option of personalizing. Anyone out there know how to accomplish this? If this isn’t possible, then what do other companies use to personalize their HTML emails?

  Yes this is possible though there are simpler ways to go about doing this and programs that are already built to do this for you. The CRM should already have the function to build HTML emails in it as well.

  I am looking for a way to send my own html emails as well. Can you recommend a book? or other source.
