  Adding a poll toll using CGI?

  I would like to add a simple poll tool to a thus far static, non-dynamic website.

  Can this be done with a CGI script? If so, where might this be available online? There are many polls available online for a price, or that come with advertisements.

  i was hoping to create a poll from scratch.
