thanks for the quick response–one more thing !
we have a quicktime video that starts playing when you enter our site…
however right before the site pops on…
a big blue q appears.i know the theory and what is going on…but is there a way to hide this q and make it a more seemless operation ?

not that i know of but i’m not a video streaming expert – there’s a lot you can do with quicktime, so perhaps…

You could make it a big thumbnail you click on to start it playing. The thumbail would load before the Q would appear. I do it here… https://www.bretwilliams.com/motiongraphics/demo.html feel free to steal the code. I stole it from the apple switch website when they had all the switch commericals there.
